Website design and development

Fast, clear websites that are easy to use and easy to manage, designed for the phones and screens your customers actually use.

Websites built to be used

A website has to explain what you do in seconds, work on an ordinary phone connection and be simple to keep up to date. We design the structure and the visual identity together, then build it as a fast, responsive site.

We practise what we describe. Our own website is fully available in English and Swahili with a separate address for each language, loads a still hero image first, and downloads its 3D animation only on devices that can handle it.

Who this is for

  • Businesses without a website, or with one that is slow or hard to use on a phone.
  • Organisations that need a clear, professional presence in English, Swahili or both.
  • Teams that want a site they understand and can manage after launch.

What a website project includes

  • Design

Page structure, layout, type and imagery designed around what visitors need to find, and consistent with your brand.

  • Development

A fast, accessible build with clean markup, tested in current browsers on phone, tablet and desktop.

  • Responsive on every screen

One design that reflows from a wide desktop to a single phone column without losing its hierarchy or its call to action.

  • English and Swahili

Separate pages for each language that visitors and search engines can reach directly, with a language switch that opens the equivalent page.

  • Search basics

Descriptive titles and headings, a sitemap, crawlable links, structured data about your business and fast loading: the technical foundations search engines need.

  • Launch and handover

We publish the site on your domain over HTTPS, check it, and hand it over so you can manage it.

The exact scope is agreed for each project.

How a website project runs

The same four steps as everything we do, applied to a website.

  1. Listen

Your goals, your audience and the actions you want visitors to take.

  2. Define

The pages you need, what each one must say, and the structure that connects them.

  3. Design

Layouts for phone and desktop, type and imagery, reviewed with you before they are built.

  4. Deliver

    Build, test, launch and handover.

Website work you can see

The concept below is a digital mockup, not a live client website.

  • A laptop, a tablet and a phone showing the same dark homepage concept: the headline Bold ideas, Precise execution, a gold circle graphic and three service cards, reflowing from a wide layout to a single column.

    Responsive website

    Websites · Responsive designConcept project

One homepage system that reflows from desktop to phone. A concept project, not a live client website.

  • The website you are on

Every page here is delivered as ready-made HTML, so the content is visible before any script runs. The home page starts with a still image and downloads its 3D animation only where the device can run it smoothly.

Website questions

How much does a website cost?

We do not publish a price list, because the scope depends on what you need. Message us with what the website must do and we will discuss the scope and the cost before work begins.

Will my website work well on phones?

Yes. We design for phones as carefully as for desktops: one layout that reflows to a single column, with touch-sized controls and text that stays readable.

Can the website be in English and Swahili?

Yes. Each language gets its own address and complete content, so visitors and search engines can reach either one directly. This website works that way.

Will my website appear on Google?

We build the technical foundations: a clear page structure, titles and descriptions, a sitemap, fast loading, a mobile-friendly layout and structured data. No one can promise a position in search results; the outcome depends on your content, your competition and time.

Can you improve a website I already have?

Often, yes. Tell us what you have and what is not working, and we will tell you whether improving it or rebuilding it makes more sense.

What do I need to start?

A short description of your business and what the website must do, plus any logo, photos and text you already have. If you do not have these yet, we can help with the brand and the graphics too.

Who looks after the website after launch?

Handover is part of the project: we explain how the site is organised and how to keep it up to date. Ask us about ongoing support for your situation.

Branding, graphic design and websites are designed to work together.
