What to include in your first message
A few lines are enough. If you can, tell us:
- What your business does, and who your customers are.
- What you need: branding, graphic design, a website, or a mix.
- Where the work will be used (print, social media, a website, signage).
- Any date you are working towards, such as a launch or an event.
- Examples of work you like, and anything you already have: a logo, photos or text.
What happens next
We read your message, ask any questions we need, and talk through the next steps with you. Defining the idea is part of our process, so you do not need to know exactly what you want.
