Graphic design for print and digital

Considered graphics that keep every touchpoint consistent, from a business card to a social media post to a presentation.

Design that holds together

Most businesses do not need one beautiful poster. They need many things (cards, documents, posts, slides) that all look as if they come from the same place. We design on a clear grid with one type system, so each piece is easy to read and obviously yours.

We work from your existing brand, or alongside a new identity from us. Everything is designed for the place it will be seen: on paper, on a wall or on a phone.

Who this is for

  • Businesses that need print and digital materials that match each other.
  • Teams preparing for an event, a launch or a campaign.
  • Organisations whose documents and presentations look different every time.

What graphic design includes

  • Print collateral

Business cards, letterheads, envelopes, folders and notepads, posters and other printed pieces, prepared with the printer in mind.

  • Digital collateral

Graphics sized and set for screens and sharing, designed to match your print materials.

  • Social media graphics

Templates and posts that keep your profile consistent and easy to produce again.

  • Presentations and documents

Slide decks and documents with a clear structure, readable type and your identity applied consistently.

  • Production-ready files

Files prepared for the printer or the platform, with finishes such as foil or deboss specified with the printer, not assumed.

The exact scope is agreed for each project.

How a graphic design project runs

The same four steps as everything we do, applied to a single piece or a whole set.

  1. Listen

We start with what the piece must do, who will see it and where.

  2. Define

We settle the one message and the format.

  3. Design

We lay it out on a grid, set the type for legibility and check it at the size it will be seen.

  4. Deliver

You receive print-ready and digital files, and we talk through any printing questions.

Graphic design questions

What graphic design do you do?

Print and digital materials: business cards and stationery, posters, social media graphics, and presentations and documents. If you are unsure whether we can help with a specific piece, ask us.

Can you design to match my existing logo and colours?

Yes. We work from your existing brand guidelines or logo files. If you have none, we can help you create them: see our branding service.

Do you handle printing?

We design and prepare the files and talk through finishes such as foil, deboss and paper with the printer. Ask us about your specific job.

What are foil and deboss, and are they real in your portfolio images?

They are print finishes: foil adds a metallic layer and deboss presses the design into the paper. In our portfolio they appear as mockup treatments, so you can judge the effect before anything is printed. Real finishes are specified with the printer.

Can you make social media graphics in Swahili and English?

Yes. We design for both languages, and we allow for the fact that Swahili text is often longer than English.

How much does graphic design cost?

We do not publish a price list, because the cost depends on what you need. Message us with what is required and we will discuss the scope and the cost before work begins.

Branding, graphic design and websites are designed to work together.

A few lines about the piece, where it will be used and when you need it are enough to begin.
